Matthew C Harris

I’ve been at the University of Tennessee since 2013, holding a dual appointment in the Boyd Center for Business and Economic Research and the Department of Economics. My research spans health, labor, and public economics.

I am fortunate to teach at all three levels – Undergraduate, Masters (Physicians Executive MBA and Executive MBA for Healthcare Leadership, and the Ph.D. program. I serve on the editorial board of Health Economics and am the national organizer for the Annual Health Econometrics Workshop.

I also serve as University of Tennessee’s Faculty Athletics Representative to the SEC and the NCAA.
